Shipping policy

  1. Processing TimeAll orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

    Processing times may be extended during:

     - Peak seasons

    - Sales/Promotions

   - Holidays

   - High Order Volume

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

 

2. Shipping Times & Rates

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method you selected at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

 - Domestic: 3-10 business days

 - International: 7-21 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier rates.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier issues outside our control.

 

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped , you will receive an email with:

 - Tracking Number

 - Carrier Information

 - Tracking Link

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking details to update.

 

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please review your shipping details carefully before submitting your order.

Bee Comfee is not responsible for:

 - Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer

 - Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

If you notice an address mistake, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.

 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges:

 - Are NOT INCLUDED in our pricing

 - Are the responsibility of the customer

 - Are determined by your local customs office

Bee Comfee is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

 

6. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

 - Please contact the carrier first using your tracking number

 - Then reach out to us at beecomfee@outlook.com if additional help is needed

Bee Comfee is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to:

 - Carrier Errors

 - Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

 - Customs holds

 - Natural events or unforeseen circumstances.

For damaged items, please include photos so we can assist promptly.

 

7. Shipping Restrictions 

Some products or materials may not be eligible for international shipping due to regulatory restrictions. If your item cannot be shipped to your region, we will notify you and issue a refund.

 

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes to orders - including address updates - must be requested within 2 hours of purchase.

After this time, the order may already be in processing and cannot be modified.
